Finding Your Authentic Voice: How Sound, Music & Vibration Can Open the Heart
Wonderful Wednesday Community Evening
6:30-9:30 pm
September 23, 2026
Quiet voice within
Waiting beneath all the noise
Ready to be heard
Have you ever noticed how certain sounds can instantly calm your nervous system, while others awaken something difficult to describe?
Long before music became entertainment, the human voice was used in ceremony, healing, prayer, and community. Across cultures, people have gathered in circles to sing, listen, and reconnect through vibration, rhythm, and shared presence.
Join us for a special Wonderful Wednesday with Crystal Aeyan, a Mexico-based sound alchemist, plant medicine ceremony guide, and trauma-informed transpersonal therapist.
Through guided meditation, live medicine music, and an immersive sound journey, Crystal will explore how sound and vibration can support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with ourselves and one another.
No musical experience is necessary.
There is nothing to perform.
Simply come as you are.
As always, the evening includes thoughtful conversation, questions, and community discussion.
Whether you’re simply curious or considering joining our Harvest Full Moon Plant Medicine Retreat later that week, this evening offers a welcoming introduction to Crystal’s work and the Wonderful Wednesday community.
