Harvest Full Moon Plant Medicine Retreat

September 26 @ 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A Full-Day Ceremonial Experience with Breathwork, Sound Healing & Sacred Cacao

12:00–10:00 pm •

Saturday, September 26, 2026 • Etobicoke, Toronto

If you’ve been longing to feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to life itself—you may have arrived at exactly the right place.

Imagine giving yourself one entire day.

Nowhere else to be.

Nothing to accomplish.

No one to care for except yourself.

A day to breathe deeply, listen inwardly, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been waiting quietly beneath the demands of everyday life.

Whether this is your first retreat or one of many, you are welcome if you feel ready to step away from the noise and spend a day exploring with greater presence, honesty, and curiosity.

Centered around the ceremonial use of sacred plant medicines, this intimate Harvest Full Moon retreat also weaves together extended breathwork, immersive sound healing, ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, reflective journaling, ritual, and intentional community within a carefully held container.

For generations, the harvest season has symbolized gratitude, reflection, and release. As Ontario’s forests blaze with crimson, gold, and orange before their leaves begin to fall, nature reminds us that letting go is not the opposite of growth—it is often its completion.

Perhaps the greatest gift of ceremony is not the experience itself, but the clarity that follows. When we meet ourselves with more honesty, compassion, and curiosity, meaningful change often begins on its own.

Throughout the Day

Experiences may include:

  • Harvest Full Moon reflection and guided journaling
  • Extended breathwork journey
  • Ceremonial use of sacred plant medicines
  • Cacao ceremony with live medicine music
  • Immersive sound healing
  • Guided inner child meditation
  • Plant-wisdom-inspired self-inquiry
  • Group sharing and integration
  • Ritual practices supporting gratitude, release, and renewal

Our role is not to direct your experience, but to create the conditions in which your own wisdom can emerge.

Your Facilitators

Crystal Aeyan is a Mexico-based sound alchemist, plant medicine ceremony guide, and trauma-informed transpersonal therapist. Through live medicine music, intuitive voice, sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and somatic-based psychotherapy, she creates compassionate spaces that invite emotional openness, embodied awareness, and authentic self-discovery.

Mariel Camilleri brings more than forty-five years of experience guiding people through body-centred healing, breathwork, somatic inquiry, and group facilitation. She has co-facilitated plant medicine ceremonies in Toronto and is known for creating grounded, welcoming spaces where people can explore honestly and integrate insight into everyday life.

Together, Crystal and Mariel offer complementary strengths in sound, ceremony, embodiment, inquiry, and integration, creating an experience that is both deeply supportive and thoughtfully facilitated.
