Do you ever wish you could be more spontaneous, playful, or confident in the moment? Improv is the perfect way to unlock that side of yourself: no scripts, no pressure, no experience required. Just play, laughter, and connection.
In this supportive two-hour workshop, you’ll explore the core principles of improv:
• Say Yes: welcome opportunities as they come
• Embrace Mistakes: turn slip-ups into sparks of creativity
• Build Together: weave stories and laughter as a group
Through fun games and light-hearted exercises, you’ll stretch your creativity, boost your confidence, and surprise yourself with what you can do; all while connecting with others in a spirit of joy.
