COME AS YOUR ALTER EGO: What part of you is waiting for permission?

October 28 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

What happens when you give another part of yourself permission to come out and play?

Maybe there’s a wilder you. A more glamorous, mystical, mischievous, sensual, outrageous, powerful … or completely unexpected … you.

For this Halloween-week Wonderful Wednesday in South Etobicoke, we’re inviting those other selves into the room.

Go all out with a costume, add one playful touch, or simply dress as yourself. Costumes are enthusiastically encouraged, but absolutely not required. Your alter ego might be an invented character, an archetype, someone you admire, an exaggerated part of your personality, or an aspect of yourself you rarely reveal.

Through playful encounters, facilitated community discussion and a live two-chair alter-ego exploration with volunteers, we’ll experiment with self-expression, connection and seeing ourselves, and one another, in unexpected ways.

What might your alter ego know that you don’t usually let yourself know?

And who else might be hiding inside someone you thought you already knew?

Come ready to laugh, play, connect and perhaps leave with a little more permission to be fully you.
