Vision Board Workshop: Envisioning a Joy-Filled Year

What we envision, we begin to live toward.
This intimate evening is an invitation to pause, reflect, and consciously shape the year ahead. Through guided conversation, gentle visualization, and hands-on creative play, you will craft a vision board that reflects not just what you want to do, but how you want to feel.
We begin with a short group discussion around dreams, intentions, and the deeper qualities that bring meaning and joy to your life. From there, I’ll guide you through a brief visualization process designed to help you sense into a year of lived results; one that feels aligned, nourishing, and true.
With that inner clarity, you’ll create a personal vision board using images, words, and symbols that speak to your body and imagination. No artistic skill is required; only curiosity and openness.
