Spring Power Movement: Building Strength, Resilience & Spring in Your Step

July 28 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Are you ready to move with greater ease, strength, and vitality? Join Eldon Wingay for the continuation of his unique Spring Power Movement training, a practical and innovative system developed through decades of study, clinical practice, and movement exploration.

Spring Power Movement combines twelve foundational Qi-moving forms with standing postures, Active Isometrics (AI), SpeedStrength, SpeedMobility, tendon strengthening, and energetic cultivation. The method is designed to help the body develop greater elasticity, resilience, and “spring” in movement while supporting strength, balance, and structural integrity.

Drawing on principles from Qigong, acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, and movement science, Eldon has developed a distinctive approach that bridges traditional wisdom and modern understanding.

Participants will learn a complete sequence of twelve Spring Power forms that can be practiced at home to support strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing. The training emphasizes Active Isometrics (AI), a unique method of generating strength and structural support through intentional muscular engagement without movement, along with practices that cultivate flexibility, coordination, tendon strength, and body awareness.

This series is suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities and is especially valuable for those seeking greater mobility, resilience, and freedom of movement in everyday life.

New participants are welcome.
