Many people are curious about ChatGPT but unsure how to use it meaningfully. This guided experience will show you how to use AI for creative writing, journaling, storytelling, personal insight, and clarifying your ideas — whether for personal growth, blogging, facilitation, or simply understanding yourself more clearly.
This is not technical and no experience is required. You’re welcome to simply participate and observe — but if you’d like to actively try the exercises, please install the free version of ChatGPT on your phone beforehand.
