On the Threshold of Spring: New Moon Singalong Potluck
Songs fall like seeds in the night
Spring begins to stir
On the eve of the dark moon, as winter softens and the first subtle movements of spring begin beneath the surface, we gather for a simple evening of shared food and song, a quiet way to honour new beginnings.
This Wonderful Wednesday falls in the stillness just before the new moon, a natural pause in the cycle, a time for listening and gentle renewal.
As the season begins to turn, join us for a relaxed singalong potluck. With guitar and violin offering a soft musical anchor, we will sing familiar and easy songs together, following along with lyric sheets or phones so everyone can join in comfortably.
There is no performance, only a circle of voices, simple food, and the warmth that comes from gathering in community. Singing together can be a way of marking transitions, feeling ourselves connected to each other and to the quiet stirring of life returning.
Please bring a contribution for our shared table, something simple, nourishing, or seasonal. The meal is part of how we care for one another.
Come as you are, and add your voice to the evening.
