Gathering in the Light of the Full Moon: Listening for What Is True
Under the light of the full moon we gather to pause, reflect, and honour what has been growing in our lives. Join us as we break bread together and share a warm potluck meal, then settle into a gently guided circle where we listen inwardly, share if we wish, and make space for what is ready to come into clarity.
The full moon has long been a time for noticing, harvesting, and seeing more clearly. Whether you understand this through the lens of nature’s cycles, personal reflection, or simple curiosity, it offers a natural moment to slow down and take stock.
We begin at 6:30 with a potluck — an opportunity to nourish ourselves and one another, strengthening the simple but powerful bonds that form when we gather around food in a spirit of generosity and community. At 7:30 we move into the circle, continuing until about 9:30, with time for reflection, conversation, and quiet presence.
Through simple prompts and reflective pauses, we will explore gratitude for what has ripened, awareness of what is asking for attention, and the subtle truths that can emerge when we listen deeply. There will be a simple reflective ritual — nothing elaborate or intimidating — just a way of marking the moment with care.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable, whether that means speaking, listening, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. No particular beliefs are required — only a willingness to pause and be present.
Come as you are — curious, reflective, sceptical, or simply in need of good company. Together we create a space where insight, connection, and authenticity can unfold naturally.
