A Celebration of Hope, Peace, Joy & Love: Christmas Eve Potluck Feast & Carols

After four weeks of journeying through the inner lights of Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love, we gather on Christmas Eve for a warm, luminous celebration; a night of shared food, shared voices, and shared heart.

We begin with a community potluck feast. Mariel will be preparing a roasted, stuffed turkey to anchor the table. Please bring a tasty appetizer, savoury dish, or dessert; something that feels like “home.” This evening is about nourishment in every sense of the word.

After dinner, we gather in a circle for Christmas carols, led by Music Director Andy James with musical friends accompanying us. We’ll read lyrics from sheets and phones — relaxed, modern, and beautifully human — as we lift our voices together in harmony.

This is not a performance.

It is a celebration of belonging.

A moment to weave together everything we’ve cultivated this season:

Hope for what is beginning,

Peace in our hearts and homes,

Joy in our bodies and breath,

and Love: the warmth that holds us all.
