Thai-Style Yoga Massage is a meditative, clothed bodywork practice performed on a floor mat.* It combines passive yoga-inspired stretching, rhythmic pressure, and breath awareness to release tension, restore alignment, and support energetic flow throughout the body.
Unlike conventional massage, which uses oil and direct contact with the skin, Thai bodywork is performed in light clothing with no oil. The practitioner applies steady, rhythmic pressure using fingers, hands, elbows, knees, and body weight along energy lines (sen), while gently guiding you through supported stretches that promote release without effort.
Clients often describe a sense of being deeply held and subtly opened. As muscles elongate and joints decompress, the nervous system naturally shifts into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. This work is ideal for those who prefer to stay dressed in soft, comfortable clothing, or for anyone seeking a quiet, grounding experience of embodied care.
Sessions last approximately 90 minutes.

*If getting up and down from the floor is challenging, I’m happy to adapt the session to a massage table.
