Through guided conversation\, gentle visualization\, and hands-on creative play\, you will craft a vision board that reflects not just what you want to do\, but how you want to feel. \nWe begin with a short group discussion around dreams\, intentions\, and the deeper qualities that bring meaning and joy to your life. From there\, I’ll guide you through a brief visualization process designed to help you sense into a year of lived results; one that feels aligned\, nourishing\, and true. \nWith that inner clarity\, you’ll create a personal vision board using images\, words\, and symbols that speak to your body and imagination.
