SUMMARY:Seeking Aligned Partners: Bringing Serendipity Nature Sanctuary to Life
DESCRIPTION:Over the past few months\, a possibility has emerged that feels both exciting and time-sensitive.\nI own a 50% interest in a unique 22-acre off-grid property in rural Caledon\, approximately halfway between Brampton and Orangeville and only 45 minutes from downtown Toronto. Over many years\, the property has evolved into something far more than a typical country property; with four residential buildings\, several auxiliary buildings\, solar power\, established organic gardens\, forest and meadow trails\, and infrastructure that lends itself naturally to community living\, retreats\, regenerative agriculture\, and self-sufficiency. \nThe other 50% owner is seeking to sell his interest.
