DESCRIPTION:27 May Wonderful Wednesday potluck gathering with Crystal Aeyan & Mariel Camilleri  \nWhat actually creates meaningful inner shifts — the technique\, or the space that holds it? Some environments invite openness\, while others keep us guarded. This experiential Wonderful Wednesday at Studio 202 in South Etobicoke explores how sound\, safety\, and intentional space allow deeper awareness\, emotional honesty\, and authentic connection to emerge. \nFeaturing an immersive sound journey with Mexico-based sound alchemist Crystal Aeyan and guided conversation with Mariel Camilleri\, this mixed-gender evening invites participants to explore the role of safe containers — including the unique value of gender-specific spaces in supporting vulnerability\, healing\, and inner exploration. \nThis gathering also serves as a gentle introduction to the upcoming Womb Wisdom Intensive Retreat\, a women-only ceremonial container. Together\, we will explore why gender-specific spaces can sometimes allow deeper emotional safety and openness\, while also honouring the value of mixed-gender community. \nThe evening will weave together conversation and experience. Through guided reflection and dialogue\, we will explore how safety affects the nervous system\, emotional expression\, and the capacity for meaningful inner work. Participants will be invited to reflect on their own experiences of safety\, trust\, and openness in different types of group settings. \nCrystal will then guide the group through an immersive sound journey using intuitive voice\, vibrational instruments\, and tonal resonance. This experiential portion allows participants to feel how sound can soften the body\, quiet the mind\, and open a receptive inner space — particularly when held within a supportive container. \nThis evening is not about intensity\, but about sensing what becomes possible when we feel held\, safe\, and supported. Her sound experiences invite emotional release\, inner imagery\, and expanded awareness while maintaining a gentle\, grounded atmosphere. \nMariel Camilleri of Mariel Somatic Therapy brings over 40 years of experience in somatic healing\, breathwork\, and group facilitation.
