DESCRIPTION:A Wonderful Wednesday Introduction to Authentic Relating \nBetween you and me\, something honest starts to breathe. Many of us sense there is a deeper way of meeting — beyond surface conversation — where connection feels real\, alive\, and human. This Introduction to Authentic Relating is an invitation into that experience. \nWednesday\, April 15 \n6:30 pm potluck • 7:30–9:30 pm circle \nSouth Etobicoke Studio \nThis Wonderful Wednesday gathering offers a direct\, experiential introduction to authentic relating. Rather than talking about connection\, we explore it together through simple\, interactive exercises drawn from the authentic relating field. \nThese structured yet playful practices invite us to slow down\, listen more closely\, and notice what is actually happening in the moment — in ourselves and between one another. As attention softens and habitual patterns relax\, something more genuine begins to emerge. \nThis is not about performance. It is not about getting it “right.” \nIt is about discovering\, in real time\, what becomes possible when we are willing to be seen — and to truly see others. \nYou are always invited\, never forced. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace\, sharing only what feels authentic and comfortable. Even small shifts in attention can open the door to meaningful connection. \nThis experience is co-facilitated by Mariel Camilleri and Michael Ionesco\, combining somatic awareness\, authentic relating practices\, and carefully held group process. Together\, they guide the evening while allowing space for something natural and unscripted to unfold. \nThis gathering also serves as an entry point for those who feel called to participate in the Full Moon Intensive: The Art of Connection on May 2 — a longer immersive experience designed to deepen relational awareness and embodied connection. \nPotluck \nWe begin with a shared potluck at 6:30 pm. \nYou are invited to bring a simple\, nourishing dish to share. \nBy Donation \nWonderful Wednesdays are currently offered by donation.
