This evening we’ll explore how inertia shows up in our lives as karmic patterns\, mental heaviness\, physical burdens\, and emotional weight. Together we’ll reflect on how to move through these layers and awaken the “buddhi” (the soul’s intelligence) where life flows from essence rather than struggle. \nAbout the Presenter: \nEszter Jagica is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with 15 years of global experience in yoga\, breathwork\, and meditation.
