THE OVERWORK ANTIDOTE: Muscle Relief for Neck, Jaw, Back & Feet

July 15 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Most of us assume that tight muscles need to be stretched, massaged, or worked on directly. But what if the real problem lies somewhere else?

Join Toronto-based Registered Massage Therapist and Hypnotherapist Tanya “Hypnosage” for a practical and surprising exploration of how the body creates and releases tension.

Whether you struggle with neck pain, jaw tension, headaches, low back discomfort, sore feet, or general muscle tightness, this workshop offers practical tools you can start using immediately.

Many aches and pains occur because certain muscles are working overtime to compensate for others that are not doing their share. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques to activate underused muscles and encourage overworked areas of the neck, jaw, back, and feet to finally let go.

Designed for accessibility, most exercises can be done comfortably from a chair or while standing, with a few optional floor movements available. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use at home, at work, or wherever stress and tension show up in your body, along with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

What to bring:
