What if your body already knows how to let go… if we simply give it the right invitation?

This Wednesday we welcome Nadine Feldman, Certified TRAGER® Practitioner and Movement Educator, for an evening devoted to restoring ease, fluidity, and gentle pleasure in movement.

Using the TRAGER Approach, Nadine will guide us through subtle, wave-like motions that invite the nervous system to soften and the body to release long-held patterns of tension. These movements are deeply enjoyable, surprisingly powerful, and accessible to everyone — regardless of age, flexibility, or physical condition.

This is not exercise. It is not stretching.

It is an exploration of effortless, pleasurable movement — a chance to feel what it is like to move without strain, to rest inside your body instead of pushing against it.

Many people experience this work as calming, grounding, and deeply relieving — a gentle doorway back into the body’s natural intelligence.

Wear comfortable clothing and come exactly as you are.
