Guest Facilitator: Eldon Wingay, RMT

Founder of Active Balancing Therapy (ABT) and Spring Power Qigong Yoga

Theme of the Evening

Rapid Relief for Pain, Stiffness & Restricted Movement

Using Active Balancing Therapy (ABT) and Speed-Based Qigong

Most of us carry long-standing tension, postural habits, and old injuries that quietly shape how we move, breathe, and feel. This evening offers a chance to experience a faster, more direct way of releasing those patterns — not by forcing the body, but by waking up its own self-correcting intelligence.

Eldon will demonstrate how neuro-myofascial balancing and speed-based movement can quickly reduce pain, restore mobility, and re-educate the nervous system for greater ease and strength.

What Eldon Will Share

You’ll experience and observe:

• Active Balancing Therapy (ABT) — a hands-on and movement-based system that rapidly relieves pain and restores alignment

• Neuro-Myo-Fascial Energetic Mobilization — releasing stuck patterns in muscles, fascia, and the nervous system

• SpeedStrength & SpeedMobility exercises — simple, powerful movements that reprogram coordination, stability, and flow

• Real-time demonstrations for back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and more

(Some exercises are done on the floor — bring a yoga mat if you like.)
