Hope is the first light of Advent, and the spark of every new beginning. On Wednesday 19 November, in my South Etobicoke loft, we’ll gather to explore what becomes possible when our individual dreams meet the vision of Serendipity Nature Sanctuary: an ecological, prosperous, heart-centred community we are co-creating from the ground up.
As we step into the Advent season — the time of Hope — we each carry quiet longings and private visions of the life we want to create. Before any plans are laid or ideas shared, this gathering offers a moment to pause, breathe, and listen inwardly.

Whether your desire is for connection, land, community, purpose, healing, freedom, or creative expression: there is room here for you.
As we move deeper into Advent’s invitation, we explore what Hope becomes when rooted in real soil and supported by real people. At Serendipity, Hope takes shape as cooperation, ecological harmony, and the courage to build a regenerative future together. This evening invites us to consider not only what Serendipity can become, but what each of us yearns to cultivate in our own lives.
This week’s gathering celebrates both the dream and the doing: how we can create true abundance by living in harmony with nature, each other, and the land that sustains us. We’ll explore the evolving vision of an ecological community in the country close to the city: a sanctuary where gardens, forests, animals, and human beings thrive together in a living, breathing tapestry of shared purpose.
I will be presenting my own Hope for Serendipity: a place where ecological living and spiritual renewal meet grounded prosperity. Do you feel a resonance? Your dreams, your longings, and your unique sense of possibility are essential threads in this tapestry. As we share food and conversation, may we each feel the freedom to imagine boldly and to honour the truth that community begins when individual hopes find harmony together.
