The Art of Connection: A Seven-Hour Full Moon Immersive Workshop in Authentic Relating

May 2 @ 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Between you and me, something honest starts to breathe. There are moments when connection feels just out of reach — when you can sense what’s possible, but don’t quite know how to get there. This is an invitation into that space.

Saturday, May 2

2:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Many of us are tired of feeling alone in a room full of people. Tired of conversations that skim the surface. Tired of wondering if true connection is still possible. This day is designed to move beyond that — gently, honestly, and together.

Through a carefully held arc of experience, we begin to soften the habitual patterns that keep us separate and step into something more alive. You will be guided through authentic relating exercises, conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement, journaling, and shared sound — including simple, accessible call-and-response singing in a kirtan style. A sound bath supports deeper integration, allowing the nervous system to settle and expand.

This is not about performance. It is not about getting it “right.”

It is about discovering, in real time, what becomes possible when we are willing to be seen — and to truly see others.

There will be opportunities to connect one-on-one, in small groups, and as a full circle. You are always invited, never forced. And yet, for those willing to lean into the edge — to share something real, something vulnerable — the experience can be deeply moving.

People often leave with a renewed sense of trust in themselves and others. Social anxiety softens. Confidence in connection grows. What once felt distant begins to feel natural: the ability to reach, and to be reached, at a heart and soul level.

This is for those who are already on a path of growth and self-awareness, and who feel the call to go deeper — into community, into presence, into the subtle but powerful shifts that change how we experience one another.

If something in you recognizes this, you are ready.

About the Facilitators

This experience is held by Mariel Camilleri and Michael Ionesco, who bring complementary strengths in somatic awareness, relational work, and sound.

Mariel draws on decades of experience in body-based practice, breathwork, and facilitating spaces where emotional truth can emerge safely and organically. Her work is grounded in presence, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s natural pace and process.

Michael brings a refined sensitivity to sound, rhythm, and group field. Through carefully curated music, live instruments, and vocal elements, he supports the unfolding of the experience in a way that enhances coherence, emotional openness, and integration.

Together, they hold a container that is both structured and responsive — offering guidance where needed, while allowing space for something genuine and unexpected to arise.

Potluck & Closing

The final portion of the intensive opens into a shared potluck.

Food becomes part of the integration — a way to return gently to the body, to community, and to simple human connection.

You are invited to bring a nourishing dish to share.

Investment

$222 when paid by 18 April

$252 thereafter

Space is intentionally limited to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection.
