Wonderful Wednesdays is a weekly, in-person gathering designed to support greater presence, self-awareness, and meaningful connection in everyday life.
These evenings are held within a carefully tended, welcoming space, guided by Mariel’s decades of experience working with groups, bodies, and human process. The emphasis is not on fixing or performing, but on creating the conditions where people can arrive as they are and engage more honestly with themselves and one another.
While each week has its own theme or guest offering, the common intentions remain consistent:
- To see and be seen more authentically in a group environment
- To build practical self-awareness and communication skills
- To learn simple ways of managing stress and restoring balance
- To support greater energy, clarity, and engagement with life
- To gently question assumptions or habits that may be limiting wellbeing
- To connect with thoughtful, like-minded people in a grounded setting
The structure is simple and spacious: shared food, a facilitated group experience (which may include conversation, reflection, experiential learning, or gentle movement), and time for real human exchange. Mariel’s role is to hold the container, track the energy of the group, and support a tone of respect, curiosity, and inclusivity throughout the evening.
