Sometimes we find ourselves caught in a nest of negative thinking; dark thoughts that cling to us, pulling us back and keeping us small. Thoughts like:
- I am never good enough.
- I don’t deserve love.
- I can’t do anything right.
These thoughts can overwhelm us, often surfacing at the very worst times. But it’s vital to remember: their story is not our story.
In this week’s circle, we’ll explore how to recognize and loosen these chains; whether they come from imagined guilt, harsh judgment, or something we’ve done that we haven’t yet forgiven. Together, through reflection and sharing, we’ll practice stepping back from the thoughts that bind us, opening instead to compassion, freedom, and forgiveness.
